It was a warm evening in early Summer when a boy from Chicago met a girl from Indianapolis. It took a bit, but the boy, Sully, got up the courage to ask the girl, Whitney, to join him at the annual Blues Festival. Whitney agreed, but brought a friend along for protection. Smart gal. At the end of the evening, after the dancing slowed and the band became crickets, when it was finally just the two of them, they sat in a park, looked knowingly in each other’s eyes, and ate pizza.
They found something that night. They found that all those years dealing with the ups and downs that this world throws at us, all the turns and plot thickenings, all of the tough days and sunlight joys they had been through when they were apart, all of it was just preparing them for each other.
Sully and Whitney have found the love that will carry them through the rest of their lives. On June 23rd, 2012, Daniel Jeremiah Sullivan and Whitney Elizabeth Davis will join hands in marriage. Please join us on the journey to celebrating their love, their light, their future, and commitment to each other.
